HIGH-VALUE TREATMENT GUIDE
This page explains All-on-4 versus All-on-6, bone and gum assessment, fixed provisional teeth, restorative materials, hygiene, complications, maintenance and how treatment may be divided across Beijing visits.
All-on-4 vs All-on-6
What changes clinically, and why implant count alone does not determine the right pathway.
Cost & Inclusions
Implants, components, provisional bridge, final bridge, diagnostics and additional procedures.
Trips & Follow-up
Likely stages, healing interval, flying, implant records and ongoing maintenance after returning home.
CANDIDACY AND DIAGNOSTIC PLANNING
Full-arch treatment must account for bone volume, gum health, bite, smile line, medical history and the condition of any remaining teeth. All-on-4 or All-on-6 is a clinical decision, not an online shortcut.
Who may be suitable
People with failing teeth, extensive tooth loss or an unstable removable denture may be considered after clinical and 3D imaging review.
What to send first
Recent panoramic imaging or CBCT when available, clear photos, medical history, current medicines and a description of what is causing difficulty.
What the plan should state
Proposed implant number and system, provisional teeth, final restoration, likely extra procedures, visit schedule, assumptions and what remains to be confirmed in person.
ALL-ON-4 VS ALL-ON-6
All-on-4
Four implants may support a fixed full-arch restoration when implant positions, bone, bite forces and restorative space permit. Angled posterior implants may reduce the need for some grafting, but this is not guaranteed.
All-on-6
Six implants may offer additional support or load distribution in suitable cases. More implants do not automatically mean a better result; available bone, hygiene access and prosthetic design still determine the recommendation.
The final pathway is confirmed after in-person examination and imaging in Beijing. Online review is preliminary planning, not a diagnosis.
INDICATIVE PACKAGE PRICES
These are planning prices for common full-arch configurations. Reference conversion: 1 USD = RMB 6.70 (18 Aug 2026). Final fees are confirmed after clinical assessment and a written treatment plan. Extractions, bone procedures or other treatment may change the written plan.

Implants and standard components; planned provisional fixed teeth; final zirconia restoration where specified; routine surgical and restorative appointments; treatment records and implant identification.

TRIPS, HEALING AND FINAL TEETH
The number and timing of Beijing visits depend on healing, immediate-loading suitability and the final restorative workflow. Your written plan should distinguish provisional teeth from the definitive zirconia restoration.
01 | Remote review
Records, preliminary options, estimated scope and questions for the dentist.
02 | Beijing diagnosis
Examination, 3D imaging, confirmed plan, surgery and provisional restoration when clinically suitable.
03 | Healing interval
Hygiene, diet, symptom monitoring and local follow-up while the implants integrate.
04 | Definitive zirconia
Fit, bite, phonetics and aesthetics are checked before handover of the final restoration and records.
TRACEABLE COMPONENTS AND LONG-TERM RECORDS
Implant identification
Brand, system and component details should be recorded for future maintenance.
Final zirconia restoration
The definitive restoration material, design and hygiene access should be stated clearly.
Return-home maintenance
Take records, cleaning instructions and recommended review intervals to your local dental team.
FULL-ARCH VIDEO GUIDE
These videos help you understand the difference between a provisional stage and the final bridge, and show documented treatment examples. Individual suitability and outcomes still require clinical assessment.

FULL MOUTH IMPLANT FAQ
Can I receive fixed teeth immediately?
Possibly, but only when primary stability, bone, bite and surgical conditions support immediate loading. A provisional restoration is not the same as the final bridge.
Will I need bone grafting?
Not every patient does. The answer depends on 3D imaging, implant positions and the restorative plan, so it cannot be promised from a website photo alone.
How many trips to Beijing are typical?
Many full-arch plans require staged treatment and a healing interval. The exact number and length of visits must be written into the individual plan.
What if I need help after returning home?
Your handover should include implant and restoration records, maintenance instructions and a route for sharing symptoms, photos or local clinical findings.
